Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sattvin. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. Sattvin is operated by Sattvin Technologies (Proprietor: PHS Lucky Yadav) ("we", "us").

1. The service

Sattvin is an AI assistant that helps with the operational side of a working life — email, meetings, calendar, tasks, documents. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

AI output can be wrong. Review anything material before you act on it.Sattvin will not send an email, book a meeting, or take an irreversible action without your explicit confirmation, and scheduled tasks run in a produce-only mode that cannot act on your behalf.

2. Content and conduct limits

Sattvin holds a fixed line on a narrow set of conduct — it will not help with dishonest gain or knowingly assist a misrepresentation, and it will not recommend or promote a few categories it treats as out of scope. This is a deliberate characteristic of the product, described before you purchase, not a defect and not something support can switch off. If it is not for you, do not subscribe.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• One person per account. You must be at least 18.
• Give accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Sattvin for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass, deceive, or defraud another person;
• attempt to break customer isolation, access another customer's data, or probe, scan, or test the security of the service without authorisation;
• resell or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others (excessive automated load, etc.);
• connect a mailbox or account you are not authorised to use.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where practical.

5. Your content

You own the content you put into Sattvin. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it, process it, and operate the service for you (including sending it to an AI model to generate a response). We claim no other rights. We do not use your content to train models. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Billing

Plans, prices, and renewal terms are on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Access is delivered per the Shipping & Delivery Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. No separate service-level agreement applies to the current plans; planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

8. Warranties & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Termination

• You can stop using Sattvin and delete your account at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend an account for a material breach of these terms, or if required by law.
• On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post any change here and update the effective date. A material change will be notified by email before it takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Before formal proceedings, contact our grievance officer.
